Come to our new, fully-equipped Massage Parlour. Massages are given by:

- Łukasz: a graduate of the Cracow School of Massage, certified massage therapist, specialist in a number of methods.
- Miłosz: a graduate of the Medical University of Silesia, certified massage therapist, specialist in a number of methods and manual therapy.

Offered massages: Classic, Myofascial, Lymphatic drainage, Segmental, Slimming, Relaxing (therapeutic), as well as Manual therapy procedures. The Massage Parlour is open daily from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Classic Massage – is a series of different strokes applied mechanically to the skin surface, fascia and muscles. The purpose of the massage is to reduce pain, improve cellular nutrition, regenerate the muscles, adjust muscular tension, increase flexibility and elasticity of the muscles, reduce fatty tissue, stimulate metabolic processes, blood and lymph circulation.

Myofascial Massage – is a very efficient method to relief stress in soft tissues (fascia, muscles, ligaments, tendons and connective tissue) through their slow and thorough moving, pressing and stretching. The massage is used for contractures, adhesions, and soft tissue fibroses. It provides relaxation and improvement of local circulation.

Lymphatic drainage – prevents pathologies resulting from various oedemas (stasis, inflammatory, oncotic and lymphatic). It consists in moving the lymph towards lymph nodes. The rate is slow and the procedure is gentle (10-15 movements per minute) .

Segmental Massage – is a neuro-reflexive therapy method. It is based on connections between certain areas of the skin, hypodermis, muscular tissue and periosteum, as well as internal vessels and organs innervated by the same segment of the spinal cord. Application of manual techniques to body layers can adjust the functioning of internal organs.

Slimming Massage – is a very intensive and fast massaging technique. It reduces fatty tissue and shapes the muscles.

Relaxing (therapeutic) Massage – is similar to both the Classical and the Myofascial massage methods. The difference lies in the types of techniques and strokes used during the procedure.

Shoulder Girdle and Neck Massage – is a relaxing and stimulating method, applied to the shoulder, neck and nape area.

Manual Therapy – is a kind of therapy which involves diagnosing and treatment of dysfunctions of various motor system structures (spine, upper and lower limb joints). In encompasses: relaxation of muscles, mobilization of joints, trigger point therapy, functional training of muscles and joints and joint manipulation. Manual Therapy can be used in discopathy (disk diseases), backaches of various origins, carpal tunnel syndrome, faulty posture, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow etc.
