Laser – skin conditions
Laser and surgical procedures to remove skin lesions and correct skin conditions.
Dermatosurgery – removal of altered skin within the limits of healthy tissues by means of a scalpel, electrocoagulation carbon dioxide laser or cryotherapy. Procedures are always carried out after dermoscopy – i.e. examining of the magnified lesion. Indications for the procedure include: pigmented naevi (so-called “moles”), precancerous and cancerous lesions of the skin, seborrhoeic warts, viral warts, genital warts (condylomata), fibromas, and eyelid lesions, such as: palpebral xanthelasma, syringomas, hypertrophied scars (keloids), sebaceous cysts and lipomas.
